1. Data protection at a glance

General information

The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that could be used to personally identify you.

Data collection on this website

Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the "Notice concerning the responsible party" section of this privacy policy.

How do we collect your data?
Some data is collected when you provide it to us — for example via the contact form. Other data is collected automatically, or after you give consent, by our IT systems when you visit the website (e.g. technical data such as browser, operating system, or time of page access).

What do we use your data for?
Some of the data is collected to ensure the website is provided without errors. Other data is used to process your contact request.

What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right, at any time, to receive free information about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time using the address given in the legal notice for this or any other questions on the subject of data protection.

Data protection

We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

Notice concerning the responsible party

The party responsible for data processing on this website is:

Armin Heilmeier
AH-Industrieservice
Siemensstraße 6

Phone: +49 08636 4509584
Email: info@ah-industrieservice.eu

Storage duration

Unless a more specific storage period is stated within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for its processing no longer applies. If you assert a legitimate request for deletion, or revoke your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing it (e.g. tax or commercial law retention periods).

Revoking your consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You may revoke consent you have already given at any time. The lawfulness of any data processing carried out before your revocation remains unaffected.

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

In the event of violations of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged violation.

SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the padlock icon in your browser bar.

4. Data collection on this website

Cookies

Our website only uses technically necessary cookies or comparable technologies, in particular to protect our contact form from spam and abuse (see the "Cloudflare Turnstile" section below). Details on the services we use and your options can be found in our cookie banner, which you can reopen at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Server log files

The website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing device
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not combined with data from other sources. This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, to ensure technically error-free operation and the security of our website.

Contact form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, the information you provide in the form — including the contact details you provide there — will be stored by us in order to process your inquiry and in case we have follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent. Processing of the data entered into the contact form is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). The data you enter into the contact form remains with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies.

5. Plugins and tools

OpenStreetMap

This website embeds the location map from the OpenStreetMap mapping service, provided by the OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom. The map only loads after your explicit consent (clicking "Load map" or the corresponding choice in the cookie settings). Loading the map connects to the OpenStreetMap Foundation's servers; your IP address and technical connection data may be transmitted in the process.

This use is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) of the German TTDSG. You can revoke your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Further information can be found in OpenStreetMap's privacy policy: https://osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy .

Cloudflare Turnstile

We use "Cloudflare Turnstile" from Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, to protect our contact form from abuse by automated software (spam bots). Unlike classic captchas, Turnstile typically requires no interaction and instead analyzes technical signals in the background.

Turnstile is technically necessary for the contact form to function and is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in offering a contact channel protected against abuse (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Cloudflare may transfer data to the USA in this process; Cloudflare relies on EU Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers. Further information is available at: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ .

Required to operate the site, in particular Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form from spam. Cannot be disabled.
